Pharmacy Group Managers play an integral role in liaising with Member pharmacies and managing stores. This is an all encompassing role with the brief of responsibility covering people, product, professional compliance and P & L accountability. Managing multiple stores at any time, communication and time management skills are essential.
This role requires the successful applicant to be able to interact with key stakeholders at all levels. You will play an instrumental role in ensuring systems are implemented and store standards are maintained to maximise growth and ROI for Members.
Successful candidates must possess:
* Experience in managing multiple sites
* Proven Pharmacy or Retail Management experience
* Strong understanding of retail KPI's
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* Attention to detail to monitor standards and performance
* Business acumen to interpret data and recommend a course of action
