This unique role offers the opportunity for you to work in collaboration with local area health services in outback NSW, to spearhead new and exciting collaborations in an effort to improve health care services available to regional NSW. You will be based in a community pharmacy in north-west NSW working as a Pharmacist-in-Charge alongside the owner. This role offers the potential for partnership and also full ownership down the line. The script volume is very manageable and work hours are flexible, so your main focus will be on collaborating with other health professionals and leading the delivery and expansion of professional services. You will be working with a friendly team of staff and patients on modern premises with multiple consulting rooms, and a 'high-learning' work environment. This is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate to push the boundaries of traditional community practice!

- You will be well-organised, ambitious and have excellent communication skills
- You will be a career-minded pharmacist with a strong clinical orientation
- You will have a strong commitment to building your clinical and practical management skills or keen to utilise your existing clinical skills
- AACP and HMR accreditation will be highly regarded
About the Location:
This quintessential outback Australian town exemplifies all that rural Australia has to offer. The area is home to a rich, colourful and well-documented past that has given it an iconic status in Australian folklore, journalism, poetry and other literature. Its prosperity is built around the pastoral, irrigation, tourism and service industries, supported by a range of attractions and activities. It is currently experiencing an upsurge in business investment. It is home to approximately 2500 residents and is home to a modern Hospital and Health Service, two Aged Care Facilities, several schools, a Centrelink office, numerous NGOs, and a Regional Police Command. The town also has a weekly newspaper, 2 radio stations, relatively generous private health care services, good sporting and recreational facilities and an active artistic community. There are several active religious congregations. The town sits approximately 800 km from Sydney and is serviced by NSW Rail coach with regular trips to Dubbo.
